Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking link is sent automatically. If you have not received it within 3 business days, please contact us with your order number.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sanitary products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
